Individual Coaching & Development

Time to Match & Meet

We start by ensuring a great chemistry between coach and client. Through contact with our co-ordinator, aided by focussed questions, we have a matching process that brings that all important relationship to reality for the client.

Time to Shape

There is time together to check the chemistry and to share context, key questions and aspirations. You shape together the direction and necessary rhythms for an effective relationship to meet the desired outcomes (if they are known, or to shape them if not). 

Time to Develop

We bring a future focussed process to a confidential space. The relationship finds those sweet spots and rhythms between safety and support, and going deeper with curiosity and courageous conversations.

TEAM Coaching & Development

Team coaching expands the concept of 1-1 to 1-many. Careful questioning and listening enables team members to clarify their joint purpose along with individual and collective challenges. 

Importantly, it enables people to hear each other. 

We begin with building relationship, engagement and commitment – leading to a deeper understanding of the contexts, where we are now and what needs attention going forwards . 

The work is dynamic. Issues and questions for the team emerge as they work together. Mutual problem solving and learning from this process helps the team become more mature and courageous as they build effectiveness. 

Team coaching can combine individual coaching as part of  a blended approach.

Strategic Group Coaching Development

We use this approach when bringing together a group or groups of leaders from different teams or organisations who need to work together and collaborate to develop either themselves or a stream of work for the benefit of the whole organisation or wider system.  

The commissions are varied and each is bespoke to the context and people involved.
