APPROACH
Sonia draws on extensive training and experience in restorative practice, compassionate inquiry and psychotherapy.
She weaves in approaches from body/mind practices. This means that as well as the usual intellectual understanding, clients work with understanding how they can manage their emotions, including their anxiety in the workplace. This includes working with both physical and mental reactions.
PERSONAL
Sonia is fascinated by the inter relationship between the mind body and how our wider context shapes us. She holds a BA Hons in Social Policy and has trained in trauma informed psychotherapy, facilitation and supervision.
She practices yoga, and loves cooking. And has a longing to communicate in Spanish.
