OUR COACHES
OVERVIEW
Paul has worked in senior leadership, policy and development roles across the public sector including at Director and CEO level in central and local government, the NHS and charity Sector. He has also held non-executive roles in the charity and enterprise sector. This has included leadership of complex cross sector initiatives, focussed on values as well as outcomes.
In the past 15 years he has worked in the broad field of organisational development supporting individuals, teams, organisations and systems, often focussed around helping groups build shared purpose and developing a stronger awareness of intentionality.
Paul has worked with organisations in some degree of crisis and conflict, which is always challenging, but very energising and full of new possibilities.
