OUR COACHES

OVERVIEW

Pam brings a wealth of experience in facilitation, coaching, supervision and support for individuals and teams. This includes managing and developing one to one staff support and counselling services in the public sector and supporting and developing in house coaching and supervision with senior leaders in education.

She is committed to working with the whole person having worked for over 30 years as a therapist in embodied relational and person- centred therapy. Pam has also worked as a lecturer in further and higher education settings. Her teaching career underlines a lifelong love of facilitating learning and development with people, coupled with a love of the power of words, poetry and language and how ‘words create worlds’. This passion eventually led to her becoming a certified poetry therapist.

PAM WINTER

APPROACH

Pam’s approach as a coach is to bring a curious, compassionate focus and inquiry alongside the whole person of the client, to work together to enable deeper self- awareness and clarity going forward. This means welcoming all aspects of the client including emotional, cognitive and nervous system regulation, to support the client being the best they can be. Her use of poetry, expressive and reflecting writing in sessions, where appropriate, brings a creative and innovative approach to her coaching practice. It can result in transformative change as clients find their own natural creativity. She specialises in working with clients who have an interest in exploring their creativity using poetry and expressive, reflective and creative writing.
