OVERVIEW

Nick is a trusted confidant to CEOs, Chairs and those working with leading edge questions. He brings applied approaches in leadership, culture change, human relations practice, values driven enterprise, and organisational and team development.

APPROACH

Nick is very aware of the need for supportive, curious, insightful and challenging speaking partners. From the 80s he has inspired and developed collaborative, whole person and peer-based practice to nurture agency, respect and engagement. He sees a significant need in many settings for developing the potential, capacity and practice for strategic change through responsible and courageous leadership. An incisive capacity to work beneath the obvious and a deep understanding of people, relationships, emergence and systems change. He values and calls on the human qualities that are required where people and planet really matter.

PERSONAL

He has a background of working with individuals and communities of leaders, business and social purpose organisations, and over the last thirty years has also brought his skills and approach to a number of families in business and public life. Nick brings heart and mind to his relationships that those he works with value greatly. He is senior advisor to the Globally Responsible Leadership Initiative and is Chair of the Windsor Castle Leadership Dialogue. He has an on-going commitment to prefigurative social action, inquiry approaches and ensuring space for the creative and intangible as well as the pragmatic and tangible.
