OVERVIEW

Mo has many years’ experience in the third sector, where she has supported individuals through complex challenges, led teams and developed Equity, Diversity and Inclusion work. She has since worked with clients in a wide range of contexts, from grassroots charities to global brands and business support networks. Mo also brings experience in the wellbeing and performance psychology fields, which influence her work with individuals and teams. Mo is skilled in supporting the development of reflective, insightful and confident leaders, and in helping people to address difficult topics with courage and compassion.

APPROACH

Mo is committed to creating spaces where people feel safe enough to express themselves authentically and develop new insights. Her approach is relational and tailored to the needs of each individual – each client is an expert in their own life. Mo also offers an embodied approach in her work, encouraging awareness of body sensations and what might be learned by tuning into physical responses as clients consider their challenges and choices

Mo often works with people facing difficulties with being seen and heard, whether in the context of presentations, sharing ideas or managing conflict and challenge.

PERSONAL

Mo grew up in Scotland and is currently based in London. She studied an MA Hons. in Indigenous Religions and an MSc in Childhood Studies at the University of Edinburgh. She then went on to complete seven years of Performance Psychology training in a range of topics including Transactional Analysis, Embodied Voice, Breathwork and Somatic Trauma Therapy.  

Mo is passionate about music and particularly singing. She has performed with bands at music festivals, in local venues as a solo performer and with choirs around the world. She was delighted to sing at the BBC Proms for the first time this year. Mo also loves to travel and encounter new people and cultural experiences.
