APPROACH
Marion’s approach is characterised by a deep commitment to integrity, reflection and collaboration, building a developmental alliance which encourages deeper exploration and consideration of multiple perspectives. She offers a supportive space for individuals to challenge and shift their ways of working and face any inner conflicts or beliefs that impede development in their working role or personal life.
Marion has a particular interest in women’s development that takes account of the historical and cultural context of women in society and the particular issues women face in the workplace and as leaders in their own lives.
PERSONAL
Having left traditional education – and home – at the age of 15, Marion has spent the subsequent 47 years seeking out and experiencing many forms of in-depth education and inner development - alone and with others - and has relished the opportunities for learning, that some forms of traditional education restrict or diminish. Her most potent teachers have often been her family – her partner of 33 years and two grown up daughters and grandchildren - and the numerous individuals she has had the privilege to work with and be challenged by. She enjoys reading, writing and has an obsessive interest in art as the salve for all distress and expression of joy.
