OUR COACHES
OVERVIEW
Liz brings over 35 years’ experience of accompanying individuals, teams and organisations as an executive and leadership team coach, as well as an OD practitioner and leadership developer. She offers a depth and breadth of experience from across different sectors, cultures and contexts, including NHS/public and Third Sector, housing associations, universities, international NGOs/foundations and social movements- in the UK/Europe and Africa and Asia.
APPROACH
Liz brings a relational and systemic approach to her coaching work with individual leaders and leadership teams. She seeks to build an open and trusting relationship that allows for deeper inquiry into the questions and dilemmas that they bring, whilst keeping the wider system and ultimate purpose in mind. This may include surfacing and working with deeper mindsets, patterns and dynamics that keeps the individual/system ‘stuck’ and bringing a systemic lens to complex challenges that cross cultural, professional and system boundaries.

She enjoys creating the conditions for more courageous and creative conversations that allow for shifts in thinking and experimenting with new ways of working, in service of a fairer, kinder and more sustainable world. She sees coaching as offering ‘islands of sanity/coherence’ – to pause, reflect, make meaning and learn from practice with a trusted speaking partner- and in these uncertain times of global upheaval and disruption, she sees leaders needing these spaces more than ever.
PERSONAL
Liz has a Masters in Organisation Consulting and Change from Ashridge Business School, as well as a Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring and team coaching supervision. She is also an accredited workplace mediator and has trained extensively in systemic organisational constellations and embodied ways of working.
Playing flute in a 20-piece Cuban band brings her a lot of joy, as well as singing in a ‘Feisty Choir’ and tending to her increasingly wild garden.
