APPROACH
Jane’s approach focuses on building relationship and understanding, and creating an environment where difference is explored and welcomed as a gateway to innovation, rather than conflict. Through their work with Jane, people develop a deeper understanding of themselves, building confidence and resilience in the process, as well as increasing their range and flexibility in responding to situations and others. The key lies in creating an environment where individuals can be honest with themselves and each other about what is working, and what isn’t working; about what they want, and what they don’t want – and that they develop the courage and skills to communicate all of this openly and effectively in order to create change and build collaboration around a shared purpose.
Jane’s approach is underpinned by a deep desire to help build workplaces where the culture enables people to thrive and flourish – enabling the organisation to thrive and flourish too. .”
