OVERVIEW
Glyn is a leadership consultant, facilitator and executive coach with deep experience in delivering innovative leadership development across a wide range of sectors. With a background in performing arts and a career spanning public and private organisations—including FTSE 100 companies and central government—he brings a creative and human-centred edge to his work.
He has worked with some of the UK’s most influential leaders and led award-winning programmes such as the Responsible Leadership Programme with PricewaterhouseCoopers and The Full Circle Programme with KPMG. Glyn is also Co-Director of the Oasis Human Relations, where he co-leads flagship initiatives including leading the Oasis coach training programme Coaching with Head Heart and Soul.

Glyn’s approach is values-driven, placing authenticity and self-awareness at the heart of effective leadership. He is known for his ability to catalyse behavioural change, encourage visionary thinking and help individuals align personal, organisational and societal goals in a way that benefits all.
Drawing on his background in the performing arts, he helps leaders build presence, confidence and the courage to embrace change. His style is facilitative, dynamic and grounded in real-world insight gained through years of working alongside senior leaders.
PERSONAL
Glyn brings a unique blend of creativity, rigour and warmth to his work. His lifelong passion for personal development continues to guide his career. He is particularly energised by work that embraces difference, fosters courageous dialogue, and empowers leaders to lead with a purpose aligned with who they are and what inspires them.
He has a degree in English from London University, a post-graduate diploma in Executive Coaching from Chester University and is a qualified coach supervisor.
Outside of work, Glyn maintains his interest in the arts and remains committed to creating space for deep listening, meaningful relationships and bold, human leadership.
