OVERVIEW
Carole-Ann is a leadership consultant, team facilitator and executive coach with an extensive experience base across a range of organisational entities from global enterprises and family businesses to housing associations and the charitable sector. Starting her career in Unilever, Carole-Ann developed her leadership experience across a range of people/HR roles contributing to significant cross functional and intercultural transformation projects.
Since joining Oasis in 2011, Carole-Ann has been engaged in team and whole organisation development, facilitating leadership and coaching programmes as well as executive coaching.
APPROACH
Carole-Ann’s approach centres on developing strong trusting relationships to deeply understand individuals contexts and motivations.
In a complex and rapidly changing world, she offers leaders a space to think, to access their sense of purpose and passion, address tricky questions and connect with their agency to make a difference. She is a big believer in taking manageable steps that in time lead to significant change.
PERSONAL
Carole-Ann holds a Masters in Coaching and Mentoring from Sheffield Hallam University as well as a BA Hons (Oxon) in Maths. Her love of the countryside frequently takes her outdoors where she can be found cycling or trail running in the Yorkshire Dales.
Having previously lived in Rome, she likes to nurture her love of La Bella Vita by travelling to Italy, sampling the local cuisine and attempting to speak the language wherever possible.
