APPROACH
Benita places high value on creatively supporting people to meet ‘themselves’ and their situation, finding deeper understanding, knowledge, skills, motivation and awareness to determine steps to mindful actions.
She offers a welcoming and safe place that encourages the creation of a productive learning partnership that connects, integrates and deepens trust in a strength’s based, self-authoring approach.
PERSONAL
She engages in activities in the outdoors that bring vitality and energy into her life. One of her favourite activities is her passion for working with all things nature! She still finds great delight in the transformation of composting kitchen waste into fertile food for the soil and growing cuttings from plants that attract bees.
She lives a contented life with her partner Mark and enjoys the delights and challenges of 5 grandchildren.
